Important information:

• We would like to inform our valued customers that, in order to guarantee efficient service to all participants, it is necessary to arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time, with your identity card or passport. In the event of a delay of one or more participants, we will contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp to obtain further information. Please note that in order to guarantee service to customers who are present, we will wait up to 10 minutes after the departure time, after which absent customers will be reported as no-shows.
• This activity is not suitable for those who cannot swim! The staff reserves the right to refuse boarding to those who cannot swim, with no right to a refund, as clearly stated.
• For safety reasons, passengers weighing more than 120 kg are not permitted on board vessels less than 10 metres in length. Subsidy staff will apply this restriction at check-in.
• In the event of sudden deterioration in weather conditions during the tour, if the captain or staff decide to return to the starting point to ensure passenger safety, no refund will be given. This is because deteriorating weather conditions are beyond our control and sometimes unpredictable.
• Subject to favourable weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• The boats have small compartments for luggage storage, many of which are already occupied by safety equipment required by law. We therefore ask you to limit your luggage to a minimum to ensure that all tour participants have a small space for their personal belongings. Cabin staff will check and enforce this restriction during check-in.
• You may bring food and drinks with you, provided they are in moderate quantities. However, before consuming them, you must ask the captain or staff for permission. It is not permitted to consume food without the prior consent of the crew.
• Weather conditions at sea can change rapidly, so please dress appropriately.

• Pets, unaccompanied minors, pushchairs, smoking, alcohol or drugs, explosive materials, high-heeled shoes, weapons or sharp objects, large luggage, suitcases or bags, electronic cigarettes, umbrellas, sprays or aerosols, glasses, rubbish, coolers, chewing gum, prams, surfboards, fireworks, explosive materials, lighting fireworks.
