The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the payment and booking process for the Services offered on the Website is managed through a third-party platform called Holidoit.
SeaTourSicily does not directly collect any payments at the time of booking and does not receive the sums paid by the Customer until the booked Service has been duly performed.
Therefore, any issues relating to payments, charges, unsuccessful transactions, refund requests, disputes or other financial matters should be addressed to exclusively to the Holidoit platform, as the entity responsible for managing payments.
SeaTourSicily cannot be held liable in any way for disruptions, delays, errors or disputes relating to the management of payments made through Holidoit, as it is not involved in any direct relationship between the Customer and the aforementioned platform with regard to the financial aspects of the transaction.
Cancellation before 24 hours from the date of commencement of the activity: 100% reimbursement.
Cancellation after 24 hours the start date of the activity: no refund.
If you have booked an experience that is confirmed, we will apply the Terms of Cancellation related to the activity in question and proceed with the refund “if due“. I Terms of Cancellation and any reimbursement will be calculated according to the the moment you make the request of cancellation.

Your request will be taken over by SeaTourSicily who will make sure to proceed with the cancellation and possible refund, within 24/48 hours.
Should circumstances arise that render the activity non safe or impracticablesuch as particularly severe weather conditions, SeaTourSicily may decide to delete the activity. Since it is not always possible to predict these events in advance, the cancellation could take place in any time.
In this case, of course, you will be reimbursed the full amount paid for the activity. The reimbursement will be made within 24/48 hours from the notice of cancellation.
Moreover, you might be proposed alternative date/time. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If not, we will proceed with a full refund!
You can request the modification of the chosen date and time until 24 hours before the booked experience.
