If you have made a booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for the activity to take place safely (in the captain's expert opinion), you will be refunded the full amount paid. We may propose an alternative date or time on which to carry out the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you cannot make it up, we will proceed with a full refund!

At SeaTourSicily you can pay with any credit card, prepaid card rechargeable (including Postepay) of the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express circuits. We also accept debit cards if enabled for online payments. You can also use the digital wallets Apple Pay and Google Pay.
No! No animals of any kind are allowed on board.
YES! You may bring food from home to consume on board with the exception of peaches. You must ask the on-board staff before consuming.
No! Shoes of any kind or type are not allowed on board, you go barefoot.
No! The dinghy tour is not recommended for people who suffer from seasickness and use medication or alternative methods to alleviate the symptoms.
No! Smoking is absolutely forbidden, whatever kind it is, even the electronic cigarette is forbidden.
No! No detergents may be used on board.
No! You are not allowed on board if you cannot swim.
Yes! Children who use armrests for swimming can make the tour, provided the parent stays with the child at all times.
